1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any TacticDev platform, website, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of TacticDev.
2. Services Overview
TacticDev provides managed AI platforms, operational hubs, and enterprise infrastructure for service providers and their clients. Our services include but are not limited to white-label platform deployment, private AI infrastructure, compliance-ready environments, and ongoing managed support.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify TacticDev immediately of any unauthorized use. TacticDev reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TacticDev services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, to interfere with the integrity of our platforms, or to attempt unauthorized access to any system or data. You will not use our services to process data in violation of applicable regulations or compliance frameworks.
5. Intellectual Property
All TacticDev platforms, software, documentation, branding, and content are the intellectual property of TacticDev. White-label deployments grant you a limited license to use our platforms under your brand, subject to the terms of your service agreement. You retain ownership of your data.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of TacticDev services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with applicable laws and the compliance requirements specified in your service agreement. Isolated environments are maintained as described in your deployment configuration.
7. Service Availability
TacticDev strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for uptime and response times are defined in individual client contracts.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TacticDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, TacticDev will provide a reasonable data export period. TacticDev may immediately terminate access for violations of these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
TacticDev reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
