1. Our Commitment
TacticDev is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment for all clients, partners, and team members. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for behavior across all TacticDev platforms, communications, and engagements.
2. Professional Standards
All interactions through TacticDev platforms and communications should be conducted with professionalism and mutual respect. We expect honest and transparent communication, timely responses to project-related inquiries, respect for intellectual property and confidential information, and adherence to agreed-upon project timelines and deliverables.
3. Platform Conduct
Users of TacticDev platforms agree to use services only for their intended business purposes, not attempt to access data or environments belonging to other clients, report security vulnerabilities responsibly through proper channels, and maintain the integrity and security of their account credentials.
4. Data Responsibility
All parties handling data through TacticDev platforms are expected to comply with applicable data protection regulations, respect the privacy of end users and clients, use data only for authorized purposes as defined in service agreements, and immediately report any data breaches or suspected unauthorized access.
5. Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are not tolerated: harassment, discrimination, or hostile conduct of any kind; misuse of platform resources or deliberate interference with services; unauthorized sharing of confidential client or platform information; any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations; and use of TacticDev platforms for purposes that conflict with our values or legal obligations.
6. Compliance and Regulatory Conduct
Clients operating in regulated industries are expected to maintain compliance with their applicable regulatory frameworks when using TacticDev platforms. TacticDev provides the infrastructure and tools for compliance, but clients are responsible for their own regulatory obligations and ensuring proper use of isolated environments.
7. Communication Standards
We value clear and constructive communication. When engaging with TacticDev or through our platforms, use clear and professional language, provide constructive feedback, raise concerns through appropriate channels, and respect response times and working hours.
8. Reporting Violations
If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it to conduct@tacticdev.com. All reports will be reviewed promptly and treated with confidentiality. TacticDev prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a violation in good faith.
9. Enforcement
TacticDev reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations, including warnings, temporary suspension of access, termination of service agreements, and reporting to relevant authorities when required by law. The severity of action will be proportionate to the violation.
10. Updates
This Code of Conduct may be updated periodically. Changes will be communicated to all active clients and users. The most current version will always be available on this page.
