Introducing GraphCore: Enterprise RAG Platform

Today, we're excited to announce GraphCore, our new Adaptive Graph-Lite Architecture platform for intelligent enterprise knowledge management.
The Problem
Traditional search falls short when organizations need to connect insights across documents, understand relationships between concepts, or answer complex multi-hop questions. Vector databases alone can't handle "How does X impact Y?" or "What's the relationship between A and B?"
The Solution
GraphCore combines two powerful approaches:
Vector Path (Fast)
Direct similarity search for factual queries. Returns in 200-500ms.
Best for: keyword search, document retrieval, single-concept queries
Graph-Lite (Complex)
Entity extraction + graph traversal. Returns in 500ms-2s.
Best for: multi-hop reasoning, comparisons, relationship queries
The system automatically routes queries to the appropriate path based on detected keywords and intent classification. You get the speed of vector search when you need it, and the depth of graph reasoning when complexity demands it.
Built for Enterprise
GraphCore includes production-grade features out of the box:
- Multi-tenant architecture with complete data isolation
- Real-time personalization based on user behavior and preferences
- Auth0 OAuth integration with JWT validation and role-based access

Who Should Use This
GraphCore is designed for organizations that:
- Need more than simple keyword matching
- Handle complex, multi-document queries regularly
- Require complete tenant isolation for compliance
- Want self-hosted, customizable infrastructure
