Why FlightPath is Internal

FlightPath is the system we use to run TacticDev's delivery operations. It's not a product we sell—it's the infrastructure behind our ability to ship on time and communicate clearly with clients.

We built it because generic project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday) don't understand the specific workflows of white-label platform deployments. FlightPath knows about infrastructure provisioning, data migration phases, UAT coordination, and go-live checklists.

It's optimized for small, high-trust teams working on complex technical deliverables. Not designed for mass-market SaaS adoption, but essential for how we operate internally.
